Job Summary
We're seeking reputed company Customer Care Representatives to join our growing team in Idaho. As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities in a professional and courteous manner
- Providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Utilizing arenaflex's systems and technology to access customer information and resolve issues
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and provide seamless support to customers
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets
Requirements
To be successful as a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
- 1 year of call center experience
- 6 months of customer service experience
- Basic typing and computer skills with excellent navigational skills
- High-speed internet access (minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and minimum download speed of 30 mbps)
- A quiet space reputed company the home free of distractions to take incoming calls
- Prior arenaflex employees must have 6 months of experience with arenaflex
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment
- Knowledge of arenaflex's systems and technology
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics and targets
