You’re Good At

• Assisting in the planning and execution of projects with attention to detail.
• Coordinating logistics, from venue selection to travel arrangements.
• Managing a variety of project-reputed company materials and documentation.
• Ensuring data reputed company and maintaining comprehensive records.
• Building strong relationships with clients and team members alike.

You Might Also Have

• Experience with vendor sourcing and contract negotiation.

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:Less than 25% 

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Speaker Bureau Project Coordinator  is between $52,500 - $58,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
