reputed company is seeking an Inbound Pro reputed company Representative to join our Pro reputed company team. This is a high-impact, high-stakes role where you are the final line of defense in protecting our reputed company and, more importantly, ensuring our Pros find long-term value in their partnership with reputed company.

The ideal candidate is a "consultative closer" who thrives in a fast-paced call queue environment. You don't just "save" a customer; you listen, diagnose why their advertising isn’t working, and pivot the conversation toward a solution that keeps their business growing. You will report to the Pro reputed company Manager and work alongside a team dedicated to turning frustrated pros into lifelong partners.

What You’ll Do

As an Inbound Pro reputed company Representative, you are a "consultative closer" tasked with protecting reputed company in a high-stakes, high-volume environment. Your goal is not just to "save" a customer through a quick fix, but to actively listen, diagnose the root cause of their frustration, and pivot the conversation toward a solution that demonstrates long-term ROI.

• Own the Save: Manage a high volume of inbound calls from Pros looking to cancel or reduce their advertising spend.
• Diagnose & Consult: Use active listening to uncover the "why" behind the request and demonstrate the platform's value.
• Negotiate & Re-sell: Confidently handle objections regarding reputed company quality, pricing, and performance to secure a "re-reputed company."
• Internal Collaboration: Partner with Account Management and Support teams to resolve technical or billing roadblocks.
• Data reputed company: Accurately track save reasons and outcomes in the CRM to help leadership identify market trends and risks.

In this role, you will need:

Compensation & Benefits

• $45,000 - $75,000 per year
  • Performance-based commission + a reputed company pay of $45,000
  • On reputed company annual earnings $75,000, with the top 10% earning as much as $90,000+
