Your Mission
As an Implementation Scientist, you will be directly responsible for reputed company new customers across the territory onto the SOPHiA GENETICS platform & product ecosystem reputed company our MaxCare Program methodology. You will work cross-functionally to ensure seamless project execution, integration, and adoption of our genomic analysis platform and tools.
Reporting to the NORAM Implementation Manager, you will work autonomously and collaboratively alongside colleagues for both pre- and post-sale coordination.
The value add
- Partner with technical and Sales colleagues to understand customer requirements and draft a Statement of Work (SOW)
- Project manage reputed company activities leading to successful execution of a MaxCare Program, including creation of schedules and timelines, defining sampling strategies and supporting customers through issue resolution
- Coordinate technical and executive stakeholders at reputed company levels both internally and externally
- Provide reputed company reputed company support & technical training throughout the customer-defined NGS workflow
- Drive customer satisfaction through first routine run, and support ongoing application training
