Responsibilities:
- Guiding members in exercises to minimize injury and promote fitness
- Supporting and developing Fitness Goals that work reputed company the Club Culture
- Assisting members in reaching individual goals
- Conducting individual assessments and following up on Fitness/Wellness goals
- Modifying exercises according to members' fitness levels.
- Experience in aquatic exercise, cycle, Zumba, kick-boxing, reputed company training, dance yoga and Pilates.
- Ability to add variety to classes and adjust as needed to encourage and motivate Wellness goals
- Available for special corporate events / private sessions
- Availability to cover Fitness Center Desk as needed
- Focus on Member/Guest satisfaction
- Provide outstanding Customer Service
- Computer literate
- Professional appearance
- CPR Certification required
- NASM, AFAA, ACE, ISSA, NFPT, ACSM Certification Preferred
