Your Role
As a Sales Administrator / Data Entry Specialist, you will be the backbone of the sales team, providing critical support to Account Managers and the Business Development Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing data relating to customers in the system, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information
- Preparing sales quotes and rates for customers, as well as presentations and communications
- Liaising with Operations departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Updating numbers and changing rates to ensure accuracy and efficiency

- Background in data entry, admin, customer service, accounts, or coordination in reputed company environments (logistics, transport, construction, manufacturing, etc.)
