Job title: PL .5 EL Teacher / .5 EL Building Coordinator (TOSA) Company: Oswego Community Unit School District 308 Job description: COMPENSATION: Per Teacher Salary Schedule based on education and experience. District 308 grants experience credit on the salary schedule for up to 10 years of prior, reputed company, contractual full-time teaching experience. UNION MEMBERSHIP: This position is represented by the Oswego Education Association (OE Qualifications: PEL with middle school and ESL or Bilingual endorsements Strong organizational skills Strong communication skills, oral and written Experience and knowledge of Dual Language and English Learner programming and instruction Knowledge of junior high school scheduling Responsibilities: Teach a part-time load of classes serving English Learner (EL) reputed company Identify the needs of staff reputed company to EL instruction and provide coaching and PD Coach general education teachers, EL teachers, and Dual Language (DL) teachers in best practices for language learners (including planning, modeling, helping to create accommodations, etc.) Support teachers with educational tech programs used for EL/DL reputed company Compile, analyze, and report data (including ACCESS, FastBridge, IAR, classroom, etc.) Support MTSS and grade-level teams with planning for interventions for EL/DL reputed company Assist counselors in scheduling and placement of EL/DL reputed company in appropriate courses Act as a liaison between the school and EL parents Maintain accurate lists of EL reputed company, reputed company in denial status, and reputed company in monitor status Assure that EL reputed company?
