Job Responsibilities

As a Patient Account Specialist, you'll be responsible for handling incoming calls from patients, providing timely and effective support for their billing and insurance inquiries. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Patient Calls: Receive and respond to inbound calls from patients, providing clear and concise information about their billing and insurance inquiries.
• Account Review: Review patient accounts with outstanding balances or incorrect balances, using your problem-solving skills to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, reputed company providers, and other stakeholders to resolve billing and insurance issues.
• Payment Processing: Process payments and set up payment plans for patients, ensuring that reputed company financial obligations are met.
