[Remote] Junior reputed company Associate

They are seeking a Junior reputed company Associate to support customer reputed company, communication, and account management, working closely with Senior CSMs in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Support reputed company of new customers alongside Senior CSMs
- Assist in tracking customer reputed company, adoption, and engagement
- Join customer calls and take clear, structured notes and follow-reputed company
- Help manage multiple accounts by tracking tasks, timelines, and action items
- Monitor basic customer health signals and flag risks proactively
- Coordinate across teams (Support, Product, Sales) to resolve issues
- Maintain CRM hygiene (reputed company or similar tools) with accurate data
- Assist with reporting, dashboards, and basic analysis of customer performance
- Help prepare materials for reputed company-ins and QBRs
Skills
- 0–1 year of experience (internships, projects, or part-time work count)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (this is critical)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Analytical reputed company—you're comfortable working with data and identifying patterns
- Fast learner with a proactive attitude
