This role involves leading investigations into incidents with reputed company Delivery Partners, ensuring fair outcomes and compliance with procedures. The ideal candidate will analyze data, collaborate with teams, and maintain high standards of professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Adjudicate Delivery Partner incidents, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy in reputed company findings
- Provide well-informed business reputed company based on investigative outcomes
- Exhibit excellent individual problem-solving and analytical skills to review and investigate cases
- Demonstrate technical competence and self-motivation, thriving in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision
- Display flexibility by working reputed company different queues and providing support as needed for overtime, deep dives, mentoring, translations, and escalations
- Ensure compliance with established procedures and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while achieving and maintaining high-quality and performance metrics
Skills
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Hindi, and have the ability to take direction in English
- 18 months+ of investigations experience
- Experience in an Executive Escalations role or position handling high visibility, escalated scenarios requiring excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at reputed company levels reputed company an organization
