Customer Experience Associate
reputed company is a trusted partner in the insurance industry, optimizing performance and driving growth. They are seeking a Customer Experience Associate to provide reputed company-line customer service support reputed company to insurance regulatory compliance and client intake.
Responsibilities
- Receive and handle customer inquiries reputed company inbound/outbound phone calls, email, and/or chat; answering questions professionally and assisting customers by completing a task or process for them
- Follows established processes and procedures to complete routine regulatory compliance
- Client intake and/or sales support tasks in a timely manner on behalf of the client. This may include gathering and verifying client information, inputting information into a variety of Compliance and/or State web-based systems and forms and complete reputed company reports
- Processing and tracking applications
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers
Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- 1-2 years of office experience preferred
- Customer-centric reputed company; enjoy providing a service and solving customer problems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Process-focused and detail oriented; committed to accurate documentation
- Computer knowledge and proficiency with MS 365– reputed company to learn, utilize, and navigate a variety of external and internal systems
- Previous insurance experience or basic insurance knowledge preferred
- Licensing experience preferred but not required
