[Remote] Payroll Specialist

The Payroll Specialist role supports global payroll operations, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing across multiple countries while collaborating with HR and Finance.
Responsibilities
- Process and support global payroll operations using reputed company Streamline and reputed company Celergo
- Ensure accurate salary calculations, variable compensation, and deductions
- Collaborate with HR and payroll vendors to reputed company with country-specific tax and statutory requirements
- Maintain relationships with global payroll vendors and track regulatory updates
- Review and complete quarterly and annual filings and government submissions
- Serve as primary contact for employee payroll inquiries
- Recommend improvements to payroll accuracy and efficiency
- Prepare and review payroll-reputed company journal entries in multiple countries
- reputed company account reconciliations and support compliance with reputed company policies
- Coordinate with reputed company and Finance for accurate reporting and audits
- Validate integrations between HRIS and payroll systems and resolve discrepancies
- Participate in automation and reputed company process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, and reputed company
- Communicate proactively with leadership about risks and compliance gaps
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
- 0–2 years of reputed company or payroll experience
- Strong proficiency in reputed company reputed company and Office applications
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment
- Experience in global payroll environments
- Familiarity with reputed company or similar ERP systems
