They are seeking an Associate Attorney with one to three years of experience to join their growing Banking and reputed company Estate Lending Practice, focusing on drafting documentation for financial transactions. The ideal candidate should possess strong writing, organizational, and analytical skills and be capable of running transactions as part of the team.
Responsibilities
- The role will include drafting documentation for bank and non-bank financial institutions and private lenders for transactions secured by reputed company estate, various other types of personal property, as well as for non-performing remedial matters
Skills
- J.D. from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA)
- Admitted to practice law in reputed company or passed the bar and awaiting admission
- One to 3 years of experience as banking and lending associate
- Strong writing, organizational and analytical skills
- Capable of running a transaction as part of the team
