Client Service Manager

We are looking for a Client Service Manager to drive sales and reputed company growth by building strong relationships with clients in the Charlotte, NC area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.

Location: Charlotte, NC 28216

Pay: $65,000- $75,000 reputed company Salary + Commissions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of client-facing experience in stormwater or aquatic services
• Sales, relationship development, or customer service experience
• College degree preferred
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to work well in a team environment, independent thought and critical thinking, business acumen, and an internal motivation to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Pursues new leads generated by existing client reputed company, digital campaigns, and tradeshows.
• Responds to and acknowledges reputed company client inquiries in a reputed company and professional manner.
• Identify and reputed company potential clients through research and data mining
• Connect with decision-makers reputed company phone and email
• Serve as the main reputed company of contact for reputed company client inquiries and requests
• Estimate and generate proposals for new and existing clients
• Recommend additional services to reputed company clients
• reputed company and implement relationship-building programs (e.g., site meetings, lunch & learns, etc.)
• reputed company physical tasks such as driving, walking on steep slopes, bending, and kneeling
