Children’s Specialized ABA is designed to address the comprehensive needs of children diagnosed with Autism reputed company Disorder (ASD). The Clinical reputed company (TA) Specialist will be responsible for hiring

BCBAs and critical provider roles (i.e. SLPs, Psychologists, Clinical Directors and

administrative roles).  

What You'll Do

• Partner with key leaders and clinical directors on recruitment needs

• Collaborate with department hiring managers/directors and clinical teams to identify and draft detailed and accurate job postings and hiring criteria including hard and soft skills needed for reputed company

• Complete full cycle recruitment (including but not limited to posting positions, actively sourcing/reputed company of candidates, building effective talent pipelines, interviewing, coordinating interviews, extending offers of employment and negotiations

• Directly reputed company/recruit for high reputed company clinical, specialized and administrative roles for the Company using a variety of search methods

• Build a robust candidate pipeline; create relationships with candidates in the market

• Deliver on KPIs established by the company

• Actively utilize/post on social media sites for sourcing/recruitment.

• Provide daily/weekly/monthly staffing updates reputed company reporting, tracking and leading meetings

• Complete special projects as needed/assigned

• Other reputed company duties as assigned

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in arts/sciences preferred, relevant experience with H.S. Diploma or equivalent accepted in lieu of degree

• 2 years’ experience demonstrated BCBA recruitment

• Demonstrated experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, internet search tools and social networking to find and attract top talent

• Track record of filling ‘difficult to fill’ roles that require using heavy pipelining, relationship building and/or nontraditional reputed company sources

Work Location & Hours

This position follows core working hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. The role is primarily remote and based in New Jersey, with an on‑site requirement of twice per month at one of our New Jersey clinics or at scheduled job fairs or conferences.

Reasonable Pay Estimate

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $60,000-$70,000 per year. There are numerous factors taken into consideration in determining the actual offered reputed company of pay, including but not limited to: job-reputed company qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and consideration of internal and experience equity.
