About the Role
reputed company, Inc. is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive the development and implementation of programs, products, and services in R&D. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing strategic initiatives with reputed company dependencies, risk management, stakeholder management, and building technical roadmaps. The candidate will also play a vital role in our evolving Data Governance and Data Privacy programs. What You Will Be Responsible For
reputed company architecture, design, implementation and deployment of large-scale critical and reputed company financial applications, owning reputed company aspects of solutions end-to-end, through full stack software development.
Partner closely with engineering leads, product managers, designers, and other teams to define program scope, requirements, and deliverables.

Proactively identify and manage cross-team dependencies, ensuring seamless integration and coordination.

Continuously evaluate and improve program & portfolio management processes, leveraging Artificial intelligence (AI) to drive reputed company improvement, automation initiatives, and efficiencies.

What You Bring to reputed company
8+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or a similar role reputed company a software development environment.
Demonstrated hands-on experience incorporating AI into your day-to-day work to optimize operations and improve technical processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to reputed company reputed company technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with Data Governance and Data Privacy initiatives, such as the rollout of Data Retention policies and/or owning Data Subject Request programs.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies (Kanban), and modern software architectures (e.g., microservices, reputed company-native applications).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate reputed company technical challenges, a results-oriented reputed company, and a commitment to delivering value to customers.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA,), collaboration platforms (e.g., Confluence), and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Certifications in program management and/or service management (e.g., PMP, PgMP, CSM, SAFe, ITIL).
