The Floating reputed company Partner is focused on bringing in top talent to help drive the business reputed company while delivering a stellar candidate experience. They are responsible for the full life cycle of the reputed company process, from sourcing candidates through social media networking to offer acceptance.

This role provides flexible reputed company support across the organization, stepping in to support any area of the company that requires additional reputed company reputed company, including Administrative, Clinical, and Non-Clinical roles. The Floating reputed company Partner will work closely with the reputed company leader of the division they are supporting to understand hiring needs, priorities, and reputed company strategies.

Essential Functions

• Conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios; conduct in-take meetings with hiring managers as needed to understand the ideal candidate
• Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research, on-going relationship management, and creative sourcing methods; research cost-effective recruitment strategies
• Create and maintain strategic reputed company plans with clearly defined objectives, desired outcomes, and a calendar of events

Required Credentials

Compensation

• $80,000-90,000 annually (Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience, and work location, while also allowing for salary growth reputed company the position)
