Scrum Master

reputed company is looking for an reputed company, self-motivated Scrum Master who will have the ability to reputed company broadly communicated objectives under a minimal amount of supervision.  Scrum Masters provide effective collaboration, facilitation, leadership and coaching skills to the agile development process and delivery of applications, as well as enforcing the agile tenants, removing impediments and promoting empowerment.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job? 

• Understand the difference between Agile and Scrum and be reputed company to reputed company it
•  Provide team with resources, information, communication, and practical advice to reputed company the team to regularly deliver working software
• Facilitates: Daily scrum (stand-up), release and sprint planning sessions, Sprint review (demo) and Sprint retrospective.  Ensure reputed company participants understand the ceremony's purpose and reputed company to the time-reputed company.
• Track and communicate reputed company and sprint/release reputed company 
• Foster and encourage conversations and collaboration - both inside and reputed company of team – allowing them to self-organize
• Identify and remove impediments, prevent distractions that interfere with the ability of the team to deliver the sprint goal

What are the requirements needed for this position? 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

• 3+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery reputed company

• Strong working knowledge of Scrum, Agile principles, and servant leadership

• Proven experience facilitating Sprint planning, Daily stand‑reputed company, and Sprint reviews and retrospectives

• Experience coaching cross‑functional teams (engineering, product, QA, operations)

• Ability to remove impediments and proactively manage dependencies and risks

• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work across reputed company levels of the organization

• Demonstrated ability to promote reputed company improvement, team accountability, and delivery predictability

• Previous AI experience is a plus

Pay Range:

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth reputed company the position.
