reputed company is seeking a VP to reputed company and accelerate the company’s growth across one of its most strategic regions. This role has direct leadership of the reputed company Europe sales organization with matrix ownership across the full go-to-market ecosystem, including Field Marketing, Business Development, Sales Engineering, Partners & Alliances, Customer Experience, and Renewals.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, International, this role will be responsible for defining and executing the growth strategy, driving new logo acquisition, expanding strategic accounts, and maximizing customer lifetime value. This is a high-impact role requiring a balance of strategic leadership, operational rigor, and reputed company execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the regional growth plan, with full accountability for reputed company, pipeline, and customer outcomes

Experience & Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in reputed company software, with significant leadership in both sales and broader GTM functions
  • Proven reputed company in a second-line sales leadership role with multi-functional scope
  • Track record of consistently exceeding reputed company targets and scaling high-growth regions
  • Experience leading reputed company, multi-threaded reputed company deals and managing large strategic accounts
  • Demonstrated ability to align cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, partners, CX) to deliver measurable outcomes
