Sr. Right-of-Way Renewable Agent- Virginia
reputed company reputed company Land Solutions is hiring for an immediate open position of a Senior Renewables Right of Way Agent in Virginia. The individual we are looking for require a minimum of 5 years of demonstratable experience negotiating leases in the Renewable Energy Sector. Additional experience negotiating agreements for Electric Transmission projects will be considered. The desired candidate must be a self-starter and reputed company to reputed company the below tasks with reputed company little or no supervision. reputed company candidates must have experience negotiating Solar Leases.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Must understand working with Renewable Energy, specifically solar and battery storage, to negotiate leases.
- Must be reputed company to negotiate terms and draft agreements as necessary. Must be reputed company to explain how Solar Energy development works thoroughly.
- Must understand Solar lease agreements, typical lease duration, the infrastructure involved, typical payment schedules, etc.
- Establishes and maintains good relationships with surface owners, local government officials, and agencies.
- Represents client and self with professionalism and reputed company. Can relate to people from various backgrounds. Can diffuse tense situations quickly.
- Mapping software experience (GIS, reputed company Earth, etc.)
- Ability to navigate client databases
- Ability to conduct online research
- Demonstrate excellent computer knowledge through effective use of software including reputed company Office applications (i.e., Outlook, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint), reputed company Earth, Online Land Records Systems, reputed company PDF, and database use is required.

Pay reputed company:
