Medical Device Promotional Review Attorney

Job Description:

• Conduct legal reviews of promotional materials and activities for medical device products to ensure compliance with FDA regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, regulatory affairs, and compliance, to reputed company compliant and effective promotional strategies.
• Provide legal guidance on advertising, labeling, and promotional activities across various media platforms, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Stay informed of industry trends, legal developments, and regulatory changes affecting medical device marketing and promotion.
• Participate in promotional review committees, providing legal reputed company and guidance on marketing initiatives and materials.
• Assist in the development and delivery of internal policies and training programs reputed company to promotional activities for medical devices.
• Identify potential risks in promotional activities and recommend mitigation strategies to minimize legal exposure.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience advising the life sciences industry, with a focus on medical devices.
