We are building a small creative studio to support Coastal Ranch, a brokerage representing legacy ranch and land properties across California. Our firm has over 48 years of land brokerage history in Santa Barbara County and we are now expanding our practice statewide. - property films
- website storytelling pages
- offering memorandums and brochures
- large-format advertising
We are seeking talented creatives in:
- web design (Squarespace / Webflow)
- graphic design (brochures, maps, ads)
- video editing / motion design
