Senior Employee Relations Analyst

We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Employee Relations Analyst to join our team.The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and developing effective employee relations strategies to ensure that all employment-related policies and practices are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The successful candidate should be a problem solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a commitment to supporting the growth and development of our employees.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; at least 5 years' experience in employee relations; and a strong understanding of employee relations policies and procedures. Communicate and explain complex concepts to stakeholders. Collaborate with team members to ensure positive and productive workplace environment. Create and maintain employee relations policies and procedures. Conduct research and analyze data to identify areas of improvement. Provide guidance and advice to management regarding employee relations issues. Responsible for providing accurate and timely reports to upper management. Utilize appropriate problem-solving and conflict resolution techniques. Remain current on all applicable laws and regulations related to employee relations.
