Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer complaints, and processing orders and payments.   • Tracking Orders and Providing Updates: Keep customers informed about the status of their orders, providing regular updates and ensuring that they're aware of any changes or delays.
Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a Related Field: A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • 2+ Years of Experience in Customer Service: You'll need to have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You'll need to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
