  • Recruitment Assistance: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

  • Data Management: Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

  • HR Policies: Help in the communication and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

  • Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by addressing routine inquiries and concerns, and escalating reputed company issues to the HR team as needed.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in reputed company Resources, Business Administration, or reputed company field preferred.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook).
