Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support for international clients through the voice process.
• Ensure effective and timely resolution of customer inquiries, complaints, and issues.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Candidate Profile:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

• Ability to work night shifts (8 PM - 5 AM) and from the office.
