Job Description
As a Live Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner. You will resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions. You will also assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns, and provide accurate and complete information to customers regarding arenaflex products and services.
