Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Weekend / Night Shift Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Answering after-hours phone calls and responding to customer needs through email
• Scheduling appointments with customers and on-call technicians
• Maintaining an organized system, including documenting and recording services and tracking account changes
• Assisting with miscellaneous office duties as needed
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction

Work Schedule

This part-time dispatcher position typically works from 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM on weekdays and from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM on weekends. There is flexibility with multiple shifts available, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.
