Clinical Training Manager EMEA

Role Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Training Manager to oversee and guide our clinical operations across the EMEA region. This is a critical role responsible for driving clinical excellence across Europe, Middle East and Africa by providing expert training and support for our portfolio of cutting-edge laser technology. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic clinical educator with deep technical knowledge and exceptional communication skills, capable of supporting our regional distributors and subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Training & Education: Design, develop, and deliver high-quality clinical training programs for new and established users of our aesthetic laser devices across various EMEA markets. Ensure all training activities adhere to the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and clinical best practices. Provide advanced, specialized training, particularly for complex technologies such as Fractional Ablative Lasers, to elevate the expertise of practitioners. Regional Support & Partnership: Act as the primary clinical resource and mentor for regional distributors and subsidiary clinical trainers. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support product launches and penetration in key EMEA territories. Represent the company at regional industry conferences, trade shows, and educational events, providing clinical presentations and demonstrations. Content Development: Contributes to the creation and localization of clinical training materials, protocols, and educational resources. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the aesthetic laser market, competitor products, and relevant clinical literature.

Qualifications

Fluency in English (verbal and written) and professional working proficiency in German or French. Proven background in energy-based aesthetic devices, with significant expertise in lasers (e.g., CO2, Er:YAG, etc.). Previous experience as a Clinical Educator or Trainer in the medical aesthetic industry is mandatory. Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time across EMEA. Demonstrated high level of professionalism, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to represent the company effectively to key opinion leaders, distributors, and end users.
