Attorney (Licensed in Hawaii and Iowa)
Franklin Legal Group PC is seeking attorneys actively licensed to practice law in Hawaii and Iowa to join our expanding network of state‑licensed counsel. This role is structured as an independent contractor position in an of‑counsel / non‑equity partner capacity. Counsel will represent clients exclusively within their state of licensure and support jurisdiction‑specific legal matters. This position is fully remote, and work is assigned on a flexible, as‑needed basis. Compensation is based on a percentage of gross revenue received for matters handled. Responsibilities include:
- Providing legal services to clients located in your licensing jurisdiction
- Handling state‑specific filings, compliance, and procedural matters
- Collaborating with Franklin Legal Group’s internal team
- Maintaining active licensure and good standing with the Hawaii State Bar as well as Iowa State Bar
Requirements:
- Active Hawaii law license (required)
- Active Iowa law license (required)
- Good standing with the Hawaii State Bar
- Good standing with the Iowa State Bar
- Ability to work independently and communicate professionally
- Commitment to ethical, client‑focused representation
