You will be a key advisor on skincare routines, product selection, and overall wellness, contributing to our mission of empowering individuals through self-care. Responsibilities include: Conducting personalized virtual consultations with clients to assess their skin concerns and recommend appropriate product solutions. Providing expert advice on skincare techniques, ingredient knowledge, and holistic wellness practices. Educating clients on product usage, benefits, and application methods through various digital channels. Responding to client inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms, providing timely and accurate information. Developing and sharing engaging content related to skincare, beauty trends, and wellness tips for our online platforms and newsletters. Assisting in the development of educational materials and training resources for customer-facing teams. Gathering client feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies. Collaborating with the marketing team to create virtual events, webinars, and social media campaigns. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, new products, and emerging technologies in the beauty and wellness sector. Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, fostering a sense of community and trust. Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience and drive customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Licensed Esthetician with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a salon, spa, or clinical setting. In-depth knowledge of skin types, conditions, ingredients, and skincare treatments. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills. Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients remotely. Proficiency in using video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet) and digital communication platforms. Strong writing and content creation skills for digital media. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively in a remote work environment. Passion for the beauty and wellness industry and a genuine desire to help others. Experience with social media management and online community engagement is a plus. Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
