Acquistions Specialist | Sales Closer
Job Overview We are looking for a HIGH-LEVEL phone sales closer who can work with homeowners and heirs facing foreclosure and offer them real solutions during a challenging time. You will be speaking with people in stressful, emotional situations and must be able to build trust quickly, control the conversation, and confidently lead them to a decision. We provide red hot leads to work and close.
Responsibilities
- Engage directly with homeowners or heirs facing foreclosure over the phone.
- Listen with empathy, build trust, and educate homeowners about their options.
- Offer tailored solutions, including property sales or alternative strategies.
- Represent our company with integrity, professionalism, and compassion.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales experience / closer
- Real estate experience with foreclosures, short sales, probate, mortgages
- Excellent interpersonal and empathetic, compassionate communication skills.
- The ability to handle sensitive situations with care and discretion.
- Motivated, Self-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
- Someone who can overcome all objectives / obstacles from a homeowner / Heir
- Bilingual abilities are a plus!
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, resilience, and confidence
Compenstion:
- Base salary + aggressive commission structure
