Pharmacokinetics & Systems Biology Expert | Remote

STEM Computational Scientific Software & Evaluation Design - Remote | Hourly Contract | $45-$100/hr | 15-20 hrs/week Quick Snapshot

• Design advanced pharmacokinetics and systems biology evaluation problems using libRoadRunner, Tellurium, and SBML-based modeling tools
• Build computational workflows involving compartmental PK/PD modeling, enzyme kinetics, and dynamic biological system simulations
• Create research-grade reasoning tasks focused on interpreting simulation outputs, parameter sensitivity, and multi-compartment biological systems
• Refine and calibrate tasks against frontier reasoning models to achieve targeted difficulty levels
• Fully remote, flexible schedule with weekly payouts via Stripe or Wise
• Independent contractor engagement with opportunities for ongoing project extensions

Requirements

• Graduate-level expertise in pharmacokinetics, systems biology, computational biology, or related biomedical modeling domains
• Strong hands-on experience using libRoadRunner, Tellurium, or SBML-based simulation frameworks
• Ability to design computational workflows involving PK/PD modeling, biological system dynamics, and mechanistic simulations
• Strong Python programming skills for building scientific workflows, validators, and reproducible computational pipelines
• Comfortable working in Linux-based environments and remote compute sandboxes
• Able to independently iterate on task quality and calibration feedback
• Experience with computational modeling of biological systems, reproducibility, or benchmark design is a plus
