Full Stack Developer (React / Java)
About the position CTG is seeking a Full Stack Developer (React / Java) to support our client in designing, building, and optimizing scalable enterprise applications. This role is ideal for a developer with strong ReactJS and Java expertise who also has hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and production support in high-availability environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using ReactJS and Java.
- Architect high-performance front-end solutions and ensure optimal user experience.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across application layers.
- Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines, including defining quality gates for code quality and test coverage.
- Integrate logging, monitoring, and alerting tools to improve system observability and reliability.
- Develop automation and self-healing runbooks to support operational stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during production incidents to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
- Apply DevOps and software engineering best practices to improve scalability and system resilience.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Java and ReactJS (React UI).
- Experience building scalable, enterprise-level web applications.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling.
- Knowledge of application performance tuning and debugging.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
- Understanding of automated testing and quality gate enforcement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
