  • Managing contractorsusing QuickBooks, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled regularly
  • Assist with data entry, proofreading documents, and preparing reports to ensure accuracy and clarity
  • Skills
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial record-keeping
  • Strong office management skills with experience in clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document proofreading
  • Excellent computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with office equipment operation such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
