CareHarmony is looking for an Implementation professional to join our team! You will play a crucial role in onboarding new clients and ensuring they have a seamless transition to our services. In this remote position, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, customize our solutions to fit their requirements, and provide training and support to ensure successful adoption. In this fast-paced environment, you will collaborate with diverse teams to identify opportunities for improvement and help enhance our implementation processes. Your expertise and communication skills will be key to building strong relationships with clients and aiding them in achieving their goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing implementation or project management role
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems or solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proficient in using project management tools and software
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Experience in training and onboarding clients is a plus
