Social Media Manager - Remote Paris

Job Summary The Elite Job is seeking a creative, results-driven, and highly organized Social Media Manager to join our dynamic remote team. Based in Paris but operating fully remotely, this role is responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital storytelling, trends, and analytics, with a strong understanding of global and European markets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals. Create, curate, and publish engaging content across multiple platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok. Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the audience in a timely manner. Analyze performance metrics and generate detailed reports to optimize campaigns and content strategies. Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Manage paid social media campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking. Identify opportunities for partnerships, influencer collaborations, and brand promotions. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French is a plus). Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas. Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social. Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is preferred. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Experience Minimum 2–5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns. Experience working with international or European markets is an advantage. Working Hours Flexible remote working schedule. Must be available for collaboration during standard European business hours (CET). Occasional availability for campaign launches or urgent updates may be required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. Adaptability to fast-paced and evolving digital environments. Strong attention to detail and brand alignment. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
