Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand travel preferences and budgets
- Research and recommend travel options (flights, hotels, packages, cruises)
- Create customized itineraries
- Process bookings and manage reservations
- Provide pre- and post-travel support
- Stay updated on travel regulations, promotions, and destination trends
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Travel Agent, Travel Consultant, or in hospitality (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using booking systems and online tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable internet connection and home workspace
