Epic Analyst Certification Required
Epic Analyst Certification Required, this full-time remote position involves analyzing workflows, recommending solutions, and implementing application solutions for Epic software to meet departmental needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth analysis of workflows and technical issues related to Epic software
- Develop and document project team procedures for system changes and enhancements
- Provide end user support during implementation and assist in application roll-out
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Health Administration, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or related field
- Two years of Epic or integrated EMR experience
- Epic Module Certification as required by the position
- In lieu of the above, an Associate degree with four years of related IT experience or a High School Diploma with seven years of related IT experience may be considered
- One year of Epic build and/or support experience may be considered in lieu of educational and experience requirements
