The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our card members. This includes answering inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with account management. Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer service experience preferred, but not required

- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
- Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
