Supply Chain Manager (Remote, GA)
Your Impact As the Supply Chain Manager, you'll play a key role in driving operational excellence and cost efficiency across Iconex's supply chain. Your leadership will ensure we maintain optimal inventory, secure high-performing suppliers, and align planning with strategic business goals. What You'll Be Doing
- Leading purchasing and planning strategies to support business performance
- Optimizing inventory, improving procurement processes, and ensuring supply continuity
- Managing a high-performing supply chain team with a focus on results and continuous improvement
- Collaborating across departments to align supply chain operations with overall business objectives
- Leveraging ERP/MRP systems to enhance forecasting, scheduling, and KPI tracking
- Driving EBITDA by aligning production plans with machine and location capabilities
What You'll Bring
- 7+ years of progressive supply chain experience, with strong focus on purchasing and planning
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering; MBA or APICS/CPIM preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Ability to travel up to 50% to Iconex facilities
