Position Summary We're seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer to join our team. Here at Meritain, we advocate for healthier living by offering flexible, cost-effective healthcare solutions and compassionate support to empower members in managing their health. By working with our business partners, you will be expected to define system objectives, develop technical specifications, and handle all phases of application and systems programming to address complex problems efficiently. Required Qualifications 3+ years’ experience in application program development Experience with application development support software packages. Experience in an Agile Environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience setting up and using automated testing Preferred Qualifications 3+ years’ experience in systems analysis Universe or UniData Expertise in PICK Basic, WIntegrate, and/or Unix and the systems development life cycle, applicable to development organization Previous Healthcare and/or TPA experience Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $72,100.00 - $144,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
