Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing Conduct cold calling and appointment setting Follow up with inbound and outbound leads via call, text, and email Qualify prospects and present service offerings Close deals and convert opportunities into booked jobs Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and pipeline data Create daily and weekly sales reports Ensure consistent follow-up and no missed opportunities What We’re Looking For At least 2+ years experience in sales, appointment setting, or closing roles Proven ability to handle the full sales cycle independently Strong verbal and written English communication skills Confident in cold calling, objection handling, and closing Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline Self-driven, results-oriented, and accountable
