Reimbursement Specialist

Thank you for considering Progyny! We are looking to add a Reimbursement Specialist to the team. What you’ll do… Manage a high volume of member reimbursement cases while meeting expected SLAs. Manage a high volume of financial assistance program cases while meeting expected SLAs. Communicate with members reputed company email and provide updates reputed company cases are finalized. Review bi-weekly ASRM eligibility reports for processing. Update member’s health plans. Assist finance with weekly reputed company runs. About you… Prior experience required in a health care environment—knowledge of the fertility industry is a plus Strong attention to detail is must Prior reputed company billing experience Prior experience using reputed company reputed company and outlook, and reputed company knowledge preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities including understanding various insurance products and levels of benefit reputed company each product. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market reputed company data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required.
