Rockstar Personal Assistant – AI-Fluent, US Phone, English Only
We're a fast-moving outdoor products company (Timber Ninja Outdoors — tree stands, climbing sticks, saddles) looking for a sharp, self-directed Personal Assistant who can keep up with a busy executive and help streamline daily operations. This is not a task-monkey role. We want someone who thinks ahead, communicates clearly, and gets things done without hand-holding. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Manage email inbox: triage, draft responses, flag urgent items - Schedule meetings and manage calendar - Make phone calls on behalf of the executive (vendors, follow-ups, coordination) - Research tasks, summarize findings, prep briefs - Handle miscellaneous admin tasks as they come up - Use AI tools (Claude preferred) to work faster and smarter WHAT WE NEED: - US-based with a US phone number (calls required) - Fluent English — perfect written and spoken - Strong AI fluency — you should already be using AI tools in your daily workflow - Bonus: experience with Claude, ClickUp, or Gmail - Proactive communicator — you don't wait to be told, you flag issues early - Available during US business hours (8am–5pm) RATE: $20–$30/hr depending on experience If you're the kind of person who reads the whole job post, start your cover letter with the phrase "Timber Ninja" so we know you're paying attention.
