Outbound Phone Sales - Boudoir Photography

WE’RE HIRING: BOUDOIR BOOKING SPECIALIST Remote | $15 Hourly + Commission This role is for a woman who loves sales, understands objection handling, and believes in the power of boudoir for women. You’re confident leading conversations. You’re comfortable asking for commitment. You know how to redirect hesitation without losing warmth. This is a performance-driven sales role - and you should enjoy that. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Making outbound sales calls to women who have already expressed interest
• Following a proven booking script and knowing when to lean in
• Handling objections around timing, money, nerves, and self-doubt
• Confidently guiding women toward booking decisions
• Consistently hitting booking and conversion goals

This is not customer service. This is consultative sales with clear expectations. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR You’re a strong fit if you:

• Have phone sales experience and enjoy closing
• Are motivated by numbers, results, and commission
• Can handle objections calmly and confidently
• Know how to redirect without being pushy
• Are comfortable discussing pricing and next steps
• Can hold boundaries and move conversations forward

You can be empathetic and still close. WHO THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR This is not the role for you if you:

• Get uncomfortable with objections or price conversations
• Prefer purely inbound or support-focused work
• Need extensive motivation or supervision

• Hourly pay plus commission per booking
