McGraw Hill, the leading provider of digital and print educational resources, is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst, Logistics, to support our Global Supply Chain team. This role focuses on managing domestic and international transportation operations, coordinating shipments, and ensuring efficient logistics execution across distribution centers, vendors, and carriers. The analyst will play a key role in maintaining smooth logistics operations, resolving shipment issues, and ensuring compliance with international shipping and customs requirements. This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States. While this is a remote position, applicants must be within a commutable distance to the Columbus, OH office. What you will be doing: Manage domestic and international transportation operations to ensure timely movement of products between distribution centers, vendors, and customers. Prepare commercial invoices and other customs documentation required for international exports and ensure compliance with import/export requirements. Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, third‑party logistics providers, and distribution centers to ensure orders are ready for shipment. Track shipments, research delivery issues, and resolve logistics problems that arise during transportation. Analyze logistics data and operational metrics to identify cost‑effective transportation options and process improvements. Communicate regularly with cross‑functional teams including customer experience, distribution centers, suppliers, and logistics partners. Support trade compliance activities such as HTS classifications and international shipping requirements. Assist with reporting and operational support for month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end logistics and financial processes. We’re looking for someone with: 2–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation operations, import/export coordination, or international shipping. Experience working with domestic and international freight movements and coordinating with carriers or third‑party logistics providers. Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to quickly assess and resolve logistics issues. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience working with data to analyze logistics performance. Experience working with enterprise systems such as ERP, warehouse management systems, or transportation management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP). Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across multiple internal teams and external partners. High attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced logistics environment. Why work for us? The work you do at McGraw Hill will be work that matters. The pay range for this position is between $54,500 - $70,000 annually. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
