As a Software Engineer on this team, you will: Engineer our employee affiliation engine: reliably process thousands of lifecycle events daily. Simplify payroll and billing: craft tools that HR teams love 💙. Build seamless integrations: connect with platforms like Payfit and Workday so things “just work.” Automate workflows at scale: adapt solutions to companies of all sizes across multiple countries. Make billing delightful: ensure invoices are accurate, reliable, and easy to manage. Collaborate across teams: partner with product, design, and ops to deliver a unified experience. Comfortable digging into complex business logic, especially around insurance and payroll. Passionate about turning complex processes into simple, elegant solutions. Experienced in building scalable systems that handle real-world complexity. B2B experience is a plus! Well-versed in OOP languages (Python, Java, C#) and excited about modern web technologies (JavaScript). Fluent in English (French is a plus but not required).
