Job Summary HR Service Jobs is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Online Overnight Ticket Support Professional to join our remote team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and are comfortable working overnight hours. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer queries, resolving technical and service-related issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient ticket management. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from any state.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via ticketing system in a professional and timely manner.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical, billing, or service-related issues.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ticket resolution in the system.

Monitor ticket queues and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.

Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience and support processes.

Collaborate with team members to ensure knowledge sharing and consistent service quality.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to handle multiple tickets simultaneously with attention to detail.

Familiarity with ticketing systems, CRM tools, or helpdesk software is a plus.

Basic technical knowledge or ability to quickly learn new software systems.

Freshers are welcome; prior experience in customer support, helpdesk, or ticket management is advantageous but not mandatory.

Experience working remotely or in overnight shifts is a plus.

Overnight shifts, typically from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (timings may vary based on client requirements).
