Head of Growth Marketing (Remote — EU/UK/US)

ABOUT GOCHARTING GoCharting is a web-native charting and market data analytics platform — the only product globally delivering institutional-grade DOM, footprint, and orderflow tools entirely in a browser. Think of us as the professional trader's upgrade from TradingView: all the charting power, plus the depth-of-market and orderflow analytics that serious traders need and that no other web platform offers. We have 2M+ registered traders, growing revenue and a profitable business. PE-backed since 2026 with a mandate to 10x revenue over four years, we are now scaling aggressively — team growing from 14 to ~50 people by mid-2026, US market expansion underway. THE OPPORTUNITY This is a founding role for the growth function. No playbook exists yet — you will write it. With 2M+ users already in the top of the funnel, the conversion and organic infrastructure is materially underdeveloped. SEO, ASO, and full-funnel optimisation have been deferred until the right person arrived. That person is you. You will own organic acquisition and conversion end-to-end: from search ranking to paywall, from App Store visibility to Day-14 email. You will work directly with the COO and alongside a dedicated Growth Engineer. Your work will show up in MRR within months, not years. WHAT YOU'LL OWN Organic Acquisition

• Technical SEO, keyword architecture, content strategy, and link-building — owning rankings for high-intent trader search terms globally
• ASO for iOS and Android — driving downloads and store ranking for the GoCharting mobile app
• Organic channel infrastructure: analytics, tooling, reporting cadence

Funnel & Conversion

• Own the full funnel: Visit → Signup → Onboard → Active → Trial → Paid → Retained
• Freemium-to-paid conversion: paywall design, pricing page optimisation, onboarding flow improvements
• Email nurture sequences (onboarding, trial expiry, win-back) in Intercom

Experimentation & Analytics

• A/B and multivariate testing across website, onboarding flows, and paywall — hypothesis-driven with clear success metrics
• GA4 full-funnel instrumentation and Looker Studio dashboards for traffic, conversions, and cohort retention
• Define and report CAC/LTV efficiency — the language the business runs on

Website & Marketing Tech

• Landing page CRO, page speed, Core Web Vitals, structured data — treat the website as a conversion product
• Own the marketing stack: GTM, GA4, Intercom, and marketing automation tooling (to be selected)
• Collaborate with the Growth Full-Stack Developer on subscription and paywall features

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Required

• 8+ years in growth or performance marketing at a B2C SaaS or fintech product
• Demonstrated SEO results at scale — measurable organic traffic growth you can speak to with numbers
• ASO track record on iOS App Store and Google Play
• Strong CRO chops: A/B testing, funnel analysis, UX intuition — you read a drop-off chart and know what to test first
• Technical: GA4, GTM, comfortable writing SQL queries, able to self-serve your own data
• Freemium or subscription business experience — you think natively in CAC/LTV and payback periods
• Hands-on executor: no agency layer, no coordinator layer — you do the work and you own the outcome

Strong Preference

• Background in trading, investing, or financial data platforms — you understand the product you're growing
• Track record at a company scaling from sub-$5M to $10M+ ARR
• Experience building and hiring a growth team as the company scales
• AI-driven growth tooling: automated reporting, content generation, personalisation at scale
